Congratulations to Chiara Forte and Louis Faichney on the birth of their daughter, Sofia, on Tuesday. Chiara is the younger daughter of Dominic and Romana Forte, and granddaughter of Anna Nardone from Melrose.

Maria Heard
It is with great sadness that we have heard of the unexpected death of Maria Heard, née Forte, from Exmouth. Maria died from complications after heart surgery yesterday in London. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Forte and Gilda Di Lucia, and sister of Norman and the late Guido and Anthony.
Our sincere and heartfelt condolences go to her husband, Terence, her children, Andrew and Leah, her grandchildren, and all her cousins and extended family.
