Not a film, but a recorded message from Uncle Nino, whilst stationed in Belgium during World War II, to his family in Brighton

Uncle Nino's War Message

Whilst stationed in Belgium, serving in the British Army during World War II, Uncle Nino sent this recording back to his parents, brothers and sisters in Brighton and Hove.

It was recorded onto a wax record, manufactured by a French company, called Pyral, who went on to invent and manufacture lacquer records.

The record was damaged but has recently been restored and the recording has now been saved digitally.
