Congratulations to Chris Forte (Brighton), who completed the Florence marathon today in just over 4 hours. Over 10,000 people from all over the world participated in this, the 32nd Florence Marathon, which took runners past all the major sites in the heart of this wonderful city, including the Piazza del Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi.

On Monday 16th November, they both delivered speeches at the London Small Business Centre on the opening day of an event during Global Entrepreneurship Week, showcasing inspirational female-led businesses .
Alex, a hotelier, entrepreneur and acclaimed TV presenter delivered the day’s keynote speech, and Giovanna, founding director and CEO of healthcare company Forte Medical, spoke about the dangers associated with raising investment for small businesses.
