Good luck to Raymond Forte whose new takeaway, Raymondo’s, opens later today in New Ross, Ireland. The business was originally run by Raymond’s late grandparents, Elio and Chiara, in the 1970s, and then by his aunt and uncle, Gilda and Jimmy.
It is wonderful to see the younger members of the Forte family carrying on the catering tradition, and I love the slogan “Let our family cook for yours”. There’s something very Italian about that.
